What's the commission?
Recurring and lifetime, paid as long as the referred customer remains on Pro. Rates by tier: Scout 30% · Tracker 40% · Hunter 50% · Original 60%. For the first 90 days after launch we run a launch boost that adds 5 percentage points to every tier (35 / 45 / 55 / 65) — applies to anyone who joins or earns a tier during that window.
How do you choose Originals?
Personally, by Luis. There's no rubric. The bar is fit, audience, and alignment with where Mantis is going — not just channel size. We're picking 10 people we'd be excited to build alongside for years, not 10 people with the biggest subscriber counts. Expect a real back-and-forth before a decision.
Can I become an Original later if I'm not in the first 10?
No. Original is capped at 10 spots, forever — once filled, the tier is permanently closed. If you join later, the highest tier you can earn is Hunter (50%, monthly 1:1 with Luis, beta access, merch + Outliers wall). That's still a meaningful seat.
What's the time commitment?
Varies by tier and is mostly self-directed. Realistic numbers:
Scout: ~2 hrs/month — share when it makes sense to your audience.
Original: however much you want — some Originals are deeply involved weekly, some go quiet for a quarter and that's fine. The relationship is the perk, not a quota.
